Terms of use
AsUsual terms
These terms apply when you download or use AsUsual, published by Tim Grootes trading as Bumblly.
Effective date: 13 August 2026
What the app is
AsUsual helps you send a short weekly note to someone you choose. Every Sunday the app can draft a note about the week. You read it. You tap Send, or you skip. Nothing goes out by itself.
AsUsual is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, not fall detection, and not a way to watch someone’s location.
Your responsibilities
- You decide what gets sent.
- You only invite people who should read the note.
- You do not use the app to monitor someone without their knowledge where the law requires consent.
- If you allow Apple Health, you understand it only helps write wording on this iPhone.
Subscriptions
AsUsual is free to send one weekly note to one reader, with four weeks of history. Plus and Family are optional auto-renewing subscriptions sold by Apple:
- Plus: up to 4 readers, 12 weeks of history, a private mid-week note that is never sent. €7.99 per month or €59.99 per year, with a 14-day trial on the yearly plan.
- Family: up to 8 readers, same extras as Plus. €11.99 per month or €89.99 per year, with a 14-day trial on the yearly plan.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We do not refund through the app; Apple’s refund rules apply.
Limitation
The app is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Bumblly is not liable for decisions you or a family member make after reading a weekly note. The note is not professional advice.
