CareInsight reads Apple Health on this iPhone so you can walk into an appointment with a clearer picture of recent days. Health data stays on the iPhone unless you request an optional AI overview.

The short version

Health data stays on the iPhone unless you request an optional AI overview.
That optional request sends a limited, pseudonymised excerpt to xAI — not your full Health library.
HealthKit types used: steps, sleep, heart, body.
StoreKit is used for Plus. There is no advertising SDK.
Not a medical device. Does not diagnose or treat.

Plus entitlement	To unlock and restore CareInsight Plus if you buy it.	Processed by Apple through StoreKit. CareInsight does not receive payment-card details.
Support email you send	Only if you contact us.	Whatever you choose to include in the message.

What this app does not do

CareInsight does not diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician. It does not include an ads SDK. It does not sell Health data. Removing the app removes its local settings from that device, subject to normal device backups controlled by Apple.
