Privacy policy

Private by design.

BesluitRadar follows public official publications. It has no account, advertising or tracking in this version. It does not use the camera, microphone or device location permission.

The short version

Public notices

BesluitRadar retrieves public official publications so you can follow notices that may affect your street or municipality.

When you search, the app sends the place and chosen topics to the public search service for official publications. Bumblly does not operate a BesluitRadar backend that stores those searches.

Opening an official source link leaves the app. That destination's own terms and privacy rules then apply.

What stays on the device

Your search area, topic filters, saved publications, dossiers and notes are stored locally on the device. Removing the app removes that local data.

Permissions

BesluitRadar does not use camera, microphone or location permission. Network access is used only to fetch public notices and open official source links you choose.

Purchases

The first App Store version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising or external payment links. BesluitRadar does not process payment-card details.

BesluitRadar is not a government app and does not give legal advice. Always check the official publication for exact locations, deadlines and procedures.
